BriteCast™ AR3 Hot Billet Shear/Saw Lube

A synthetic polymer emulsion for high temperature release operations on aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloys. BriteCast AR-3 is concentrated, and should be diluted with water prior to use. Dilutions can range from 1:1 to 1:20 concentrate:water, depending on the difficulty of the application.

BriteCast AR-3 mixtures provide excellent wetting to hot metal surfaces. It does not contain any waxes or solid particles, and helps keep hot die surfaces clean and free of residual carbon buildup. It is highly resistant to thermal degradation, and provides excellent release and anti-solder performance. Its synthetic components do not break down, leading to excellent surface finish.

BriteCast AR-3 is used in cut-off applications for hot billets, and as a general purpose anti-spatter agent.
