SunDraw™ 2020A Water Mix Heavy Oil

SunDraw 2020A is a heavy bodied, heavy duty chlorinated emulsion concentrate for use in deep drawing of metal parts. When added to tap water, SunDraw 2020 forms a low-foaming, stable emulsion with a mild scent. It forms a high strength, low friction film which spreads and wets very well on metal surfaces. It is non-staining to copper and copper alloys, and is inhibited against cobalt leaching for protection of carbide punches.

SunDraw 2020A can be used neat for the deepest draws. For less severe work it can be diluted from 1:1 to 20:1 with tap water. It has excellent rust protection even in lean dilutions. Films are liquid after evaporation and no gumming occurs.
