ProStamp™ 4426 Solvent Borne Evaporative

A low viscosity specialty metal stamping fluid which vanishes from the stamped metal surface within a few hours of application. It provides wetting, cooling, and lubrication to high speed stamping dies working on steel, aluminum, brass, or copper. The lubricant portion of this product is made from high performance synthetic lubricants with excellent thermal stability properties.

4426 leaves an imperceptible film on the dies after evaporation, to protect against corrosion and dry start ups. Approximately 85% of this product vanishes within two hours of application (at 75F).

This product has demonstrated excellent performance on brass, copper, and copper alloy parts. It may also be used on steel and aluminum with no staining.
